Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: Customs processing, taxes and duties are included in product pricing on dmxking.shop. Orders are delivered to your door Incoterms DDP. We offer Incoterms DAP and EXW options on our B2B store shop.dmxking.com

Tracking: All DHL Express shipments include tracking.

Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. Please obtain an RMA approval before returning an item. Any item received without RMA documentation cannot be processed.
